The flag of Alytus County, Lithuania consists of a blue coloured border with 10 yellow coloured jogalia crosses with 4 on the top, 2 at the sides and 4 at the bottom. The centre is made up of the same blue background as seen in the border and a man in full armour wielding a battle axe with a grey handle and a gold blade and a shield with gold ends and a grey middle.

The ten jogalia crosses represents the 10 Lithuanian county - which includes itself - and the blue border represents. The colours gold on blue are traditional for the jogalia cross in Lithuanian heraldry.
