The flag of Barbuda, Antigua and Barbuda, is an unequal horizontal tricolor of red, blue, and green. At the center is a yellow disk, with a frigate bird flying into it.
Symbolism[]
The green represents the land and growth, the red represents the passion, power and love of country, the yellow represents hope signified by the rising sun, the blue represents the sea and ocean, and it also represents the tranquility of the island, and the black frigate bird flying into the sun represents the self-determination and freedom of Barbuda.[1]
