The flag of Benelux consists of the flag of the Netherlands in the background, a black square centered in the middle of the flag to represent Belgium, and the lion of Luxembourg in the center of that square.

Red, white, and blue are the colors of the Netherland-Luxembourgish tricolor. Black and yellow are borrowed from the Belgian flag.
