The flag of Berks County features a red-white-blue tricolor with a large yellow map of the county overlaid on it. Inside the map is a black-line illustration of a plow. In the upper hoist corner is the date 1752, and in the lower fly, the name Berks is displayed. The design symbolizes the county's rich agricultural heritage and historical significance. It was officially adopted in 1941 by the County Commissioners.
