The flag of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, is a blue background with green curved shapes fimbriated in white on the top left and bottom right corners, along with a white version of the city's logo in the center.
Former flag[]
The former flag of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, is a white background with red trapezoids and blue bars, with a large maple leaf containing the city's seal in the center. It was adopted in August 1993, and was designed by Justin and Judith Scott.
Symbolism[]
The red and blue trapezoids are supposed to signify the bridge over the river, and the blue bars are to tie in with the province's flag. The red maple leaf is for patriotism to Canada, from the Canadian flag.[2]
