The flag of Bristol, Tennessee, is a white background with a turquoise shield containing a white stylized version of the letter B inside of it. A small TM symbol can also be seen by the top right of the shield.

The flag was adopted in 2017, after a new logo was adopted for the city, which is where the "B" was cropped out of.

The flag scored 2.71, ranked 156th out of 312, and got a grade of a D- on the 2022 NAVA City Flag Survey, behind Warwick, and ahead of Eagan.
