The flag of Bristol, Virginia, is the old flag of Bristol, Tennessee. It is a horizontal bicolor of blue and red, with a thin white stripe in the middle. On the upper left section, is the city seal of Bristol, Virginia, and on the lower right section is the seal of Bristol, Tennessee.

Symbolism[]

The blue half represents Virginia, while the red half represents Tennessee, the thin white stripe represents the state line, representing the fact that the city of Bristol is both in Tennessee and Virginia.
