The flag of Bulgaria is an equal horizontal tricolor of white, green, and red.
Symbolism[]
The white stands for peace, love and freedom. The green stands for the agricultural wealth of Bulgaria, and red is the struggle for independence for independence and military courage.[2] The flag's colors are borrowed from the Bulgarian coat of arms, minus yellow/gold.
