The flag of Cornwall, Ontario, is an uneven vertical tricolor of yellow on the hoist and fly and black in the center. In the center, black stripe, is a complex yellow shield with a descending pattern of circles. The shield is part of the coat of arms.
The current flag was designed by Charles Maier but adopted at an unknown time.
