The flag of Corpus Christi, Texas, is a blue background with a white eagle inside 8 white stars in a circular pattern.

Symbolism[]

The blue background represents the city's bay, in which the world's largest Naval Air Station is located. The seagull represents the people of Corpus Christi. The 8 stars represent the eight major industries of the city - (agriculture, commerce, oil, chemicals, grains, seafoods, metal/ore refining and tourist trade).

The flag scored 8.02 / 10th out of 150 on the 2004 NAVA City Flag Survey, behind Louisville, and ahead of Madison.
