The flag of Curaçao is blue with a yellow horizontal stripe below the center of the flag. In the canton area of the flag are two white five-pointed stars, the smaller one being closer to the canton's corner.

Symbolism[]

According to the now non-existent Curaçao tourism website [2],

Curaçao’s flag portrays the blue sea and sky, bisected by the yellow sun. The two stars represent Curaçao and its uninhabited sister island Klein Curaçao; their five points symbolize the five continents from which the varied local population originates.
