The flag of Dallas County, Texas Texas is composed of a horizontal bicolor with white at the top and light blue at the bottom which takes up 2/3 of the flag's width. To the left hand side of the flag is a blue vertical stripe on the hoist. In the center of the blue stripe is a five-pointed star colored in white and light blue on every point.

Symbolism[]

The flag uses the same elements as the Texas state flag, except that the red is replaced by light blue, and the star is colored in white and light blue on every point.
