The flag of Dallas County, Texas is composed of a horizontal bicolor with white at the top and light blue at the bottom which takes up 2/3 of the flag's width. To the left hand side of the flag is a blue vertical stripe on the hoist. In the center of the blue stripe is a five-pointed star colored in white and light blue on every point.
