The flag of East Palestine, Ohio, is a swallowtail design that's similar to the flag of Ohio, which consists of a red background with two narrow white stripes, and a light blue triangle on the hoist, with the village's seal placed inside. A dark blue map of Ohio is depicted with a white five-pointed star placed where the village is located. Above the map are the words "East Palestine Ohio", and below it are the words "Where you want to be!". The lettering is in white.
