The gay pride flag is a pride flag with seven horizontal stripes of green, turquoise, teal, white, light blue, purple, and indigo. It was designed by Tumblr user gayflagblog in 2019.

Symbolism[]

The green represents the community, the turquoise represents healing, the teal represents joy, the white represents gender non-conforming, non-binary, and trans men, the light blue represents pure love, the purple represents fortitude, and the indigo represents diversity. The green and teal together represents nature. The purple and indigo together represents diversity in presentation, relationships, and life experience.
