The flag of Gmina Szczerców is composed of an unequal, vertical tricolour with azure blue bars at the left and right side and a yellow in the centre. The blue bars at either side use 1/4 of the flag and the yellow bar uses 1/2 of the flag. Located in the centre of the flag, is the coat of arms which is comprised of an azure blue background and a church in the centre with a yellow roof and cross at the top. To the left hand side of that is a yellow key and a sword at the right hand side. In the arch of the church, is the letter R capitalised with a crown on it.
