The flag of Hatohobei is a blue background with a white seashell, and 3 white small stars on the canton, top, and charge.
Symbolism[]
The stars represent the three islands that make up the state. The clam shell represents Romohparuh, the first person on Hatohobei, who claimed ownership of the island by burying a clam shell.[2] The five fingers of the clam shell represent clans of Tobi. The blue represents the territorial waters and airspace of Hatohobei State and white represents freedom and peace.[3]

From "State of Hatohobei: About our Flag and History":
"Hatohobei's state flag was selected in our competition. Ms. Tekla Emilio's design was selected by the Flag Winning Award Committee, chaired by Mrs. Obita Victor."[1]
