The flag of Krefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, is a horizontal bicolor of black on the top and yellow on the bottom of the flag, with the city’s coat of arms placed in the center of the flag. Without the arms, the flag resembles the Austrian Empire and Baden-Württemberg.

The arms were granted on July 3, 1950, and the flag was adopted afterwards at an unknown time.
