The flag of Miyake, Tokyo, has a plain blue background with the white emblem placed in the center of the flag. The flags contains the stylized Kanji character MI (三) in a circle form and small disc inside.

The disc represents Miakejima Island floating on Pacific Ocean and having plenty of gifts from Black Current since the age of gods.
