The flag of Mukilteo, Washington, is a blue background with a symbol containing a lighthouse. On the bottom and right of the logo are the words "CITY OF" and "MUKILTEO" in white and in both Serif and Sans Serif. It was adopted in 2015 after the town adopted a logo, and used it on flags.

The former flag of Mukilteo, Washington, is the city's seal on a white background. It was abolished after adoption of the city's new logo, and its' last appearance was on the city council on a Facebook post, on February 10, 2015.[1]

The flag scored 2.37, ranked 171st out of 312, and got an F on the 2022 NAVA City Flag Survey, behind Live Oak, and ahead of Leon Valley.
