The flag of Neuss, North Rhine-Westphalia, is a horizontal bicolor of red on the top and white on the bottom. In the center of the flag is the city’s coat of arms, and in the top-left side of the flag are 9 circles in an upside pyramid form.
The official flag was adopted in 1550 and designed by the City of Neuss.
An unofficial, but accepted flag, is commonly flown around the city, which is a plain horizontal bicolor of red on the top and white on the bottom.
