The flag of New Castle County, Delaware, has a plain sky blue background with a yellow border and three diagonal stripes going through the middle: blue, white, and red. Placed in the center of the flag is the county’s seal, which is also bordered by yellow, and reads inside “New Castle County”, “1673”, and the big word, “Delaware”. To the top of it, is a yellow coloured castle, to the left of the seal, a wheel placed upon a yellow and black striped line and to the right, a ship which is also placed upon a yellow and black striped line.
