The flag of Osnabrück, Lower Saxony, is an uneven horizontal tricolor of black on the top and bottom of the flag and white in the center, with part of the city’s coat of arms in white stripe, closer to the hoist of the flag.

The flag was adopted at an unknown time, but was designed by the City of Osnabrück.

The colors werre likely inspired by the flag of Prussia, but the arms had been black and white since most likely the 15th century.
