The flag of Palm Bay, 
Florida, is a dark tan background with a beige stripe on the bottom of the flag, which is sand, a blue lake on the stripe, and a palm tree coming from the stripe to the top of the flag. In the dark tan stripe is a red sunset and the text: "CITY OF PALM BAY FLORIDA". The flag's design comes from the city seal.
The flag was officially adopted on December 3, 1981, and designed by Elaine I. Huggins.

In 2008, the city was in the process of selecting a new flag, with two finalist designs under consideration, though no official record of a final selection has been found.
