Official description: "A square leaf, in the upper pole red field a Czech lion, the lower pole field consists of five horizontal stripes, green, white, green, yellow and green. The upper fluttering field of green with a yellow bipedal camel walking toward the fluttering edge. In the lower flowing red field a white rotunda with an apse and a yellow cross."
