The flag of Pullman, 
Washington, consists of a golden yellow background with the city seal placed towards the top right of the flag. on this logo-like seal, are green, Palouse Hills in the background with the Palouse River flowing through it on the right hand side. Above that, is the sky that takes up the rest of the background space and has the text, CITY OF PULLMAN curved around the top. In the middle of the seal are two wheat ears that runfrom the bottom to near the top. To the left of that is a clock tower.
Towards the bottom left corner of the flag, is black text in serif font that reads, CITY OF PULLMAN WASHINGTON.
