The flag of Seattle, Washington, is a teal blue background, with a bunch of waves with the same color. In the center is a circle, with two triangles and a human head with two dots on the right and left of the circle, and the words "CITY OF GOODWILL", and "SEATTLE" in the top and bottom.

Symbolism[]

The waves represents Puget Sound. Chief Seattle was the Indian chief the city was named after. "CITY OF GOODWILL" and "SEATTLE" both represent the city.

2004 NAVA survey[]

The flag scored 5.32 / 30th out of 150 on the 2004 NAVA survey, behind Anchorage, and ahead of Philadelphia.
