The flag of Travis County, Texas, is a navy blue background with a golden version of the county seal in the center of the flag with four fleurs-de-lis on the corners of the flag, representing the four commissioner districts.

The flag was adopted on October 28, 1986, for the county’s sesquicentennial anniversary, by Jessie McIlroy Smith.

Former flag[]

The former flag of Travis County was similar to the current flag, except the flag featured the former seal instead of the current seal, adopted in 1975.

The former flag was adopted in 1964 and also designed by Jessie McIlroy Smith.
