The flag of Trenton, Georgia uses the former (1956-2001) flag of the state of Georgia, but with the words "CITY OF TRENTON" on the top of the state seal, and "INCORPORATED 1854" below the seal in yellow. It was adopted in 2001 in protest of the Georgia General Assembly voting to change the state flag.
