The flag of Upper Marlboro, 
Maryland, has a blue cross with two fleur-de-leis on the right and left sides of a leaf with the town’s seal in the center. It also contains two ribbons, one on the top says “TOWN OF UPPER MARLBORO”, and the other one on the bottom says the town’s motto.
