The flag of Misiones Province. This flag looks like an upside-down version of Russia's flag. It also resembles the Serbian flag. This flag was adopted by provincial decree 326, of February 13th, 1992. It is commonly known as “la rusa” (the russian). (more...)
The flag of Seremban, Malaysia, consists of three vertical stripes. It has a ratio of 1:2. In the middle is the official city council coat of arms. The flag of Seremban is based on the flag of the Minangkabau tribe. It consists of yellow, black and red.
