The flag of Westchester County, New York, is an orange-over-blue horizontal division with a large white triangle spanning the hoist. Likely inspired by the early Dutch tricolor, it includes "Westchester County, New York" in white on the blue stripe, a blue emblem on the triangle, and encircling stars.[1]
